Our Story
Precision Technology was founded by Patrick Gibson, an Electronic Engineer with over two decades of experience in both South Africa and the UK/Ireland. Patrick’s career has been marked by his pivotal role in advancing networking technologies and his contributions to several international US/UK patents during his time as an R&D Design Engineer at 3Com.
In 2004, Patrick returned to South Africa to further his education, earning an MBA from UCT’s Graduate School of Business. This unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen laid the foundation for his vision of Precision Technology.
In 2006, this vision became a reality with the founding of Precision Technology. The company was born from a desire to provide cutting-edge IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses, leveraging both technical excellence and strategic insight to deliver meaningful results.
